1. Enrollment and Admission

2. Attendance and Conduct

  • Punctuality: Students should arrive on time for classes. Repeated lateness can lead to penalties.
  • Code of Conduct: Students must maintain professional behavior, respect instructors and classmates, and follow institute policies on the use of facilities.

3. Course Material and Intellectual Property

  • Access to Material: The institute provides study materials, which are proprietary and for personal use only.
  • Copyright: Students must not distribute, reproduce, or sell any course material without permission.
  • Software Licensing: If the course involves software, students should use licensed versions, and must not install or distribute unlicensed copies.

4. Certification and Examinations

  • Exams: Students must complete all required exams or assignments to qualify for certification.
  • Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, including meeting the attendance and performance requirements, the student will receive a certificate.
  • Re-assessment: In case of failure, students may have a limited number of chances to retake exams or assignments, possibly incurring additional fees.

5. Use of Institute Resources

  • Computer Labs: Students are responsible for using institute computers and other equipment carefully. Any damage caused due to negligence may result in penalties.
  • Internet Usage: Internet usage is for educational purposes only. Accessing inappropriate content or violating laws can lead to disciplinary action.
  • Library/Study Room: Students should maintain silence and respect the resources in the library or study room. Borrowed materials must be returned on time.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Privacy: The institute respects student privacy and will not share personal information without consent, except where legally required.
  • Communication: Students may be contacted through email, phone, or SMS for course-related updates or administrative purposes.

7. Disciplinary Action

  • Violation of Rules: Any violation of the institute’s rules or misconduct may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the issue.
  • Cheating/Plagiarism: Students caught cheating during exams or submitting plagiarized work will face immediate disciplinary action.

8. Institute’s Liability

  • Injury and Damage: The institute is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur on the premises.
  • Course Content: While the institute strives to provide quality education, it does not guarantee employment or specific outcomes from the course.
